Thomas Girling

Thomas Girling, CIPD, currently serves as the Global Head of People & Culture at Blis since September 2020, where Thomas leads efforts in geo-powered advertising. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at FirstPort (UK), managing HR strategy for 900 employees and overseeing a team of eight. Their experience includes leadership positions at GKN Aerospace, where Thomas headed HR Operations for the APAC region, and roles in Energy HR Asia Pacific and Randstad, focusing on HR consultancy and recruitment across various industries. Thomas began their career as a Policy Assistant at HFEA and holds a Level 7 CIPD qualification in Organisation Design and Development, complementing a strong background in human resources and organizational strategy.
