Winston A de Rosario has worked in the field of Human Resources and People & Culture for over 15 years. Winston began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager - HR Shared Services at Accenture. In 2008, they joined Ernst & Young(GSS) as a Manager - People Team, where they worked to scale People Services for 500 to 5000+ employees. Winston then moved on to Aditi Technologies in 2012 as a Senior Manager - Human Resources & Employee Engagement. In 2014, they became the Head of People & Culture at Grant Thornton LLP. In 2017, they took on the same role at Quintype, Inc. In 2020, they joined Clover Ventures as the Head Of People & Culture, working with the Founders to put in place people practices, processes and hiring. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director, Global Head of People & Culture at Silq.
Winston A de Rosario's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) from Bharathiar University from 1995 to 1998, a Higher Secondary Education (HSE) in Commerce and Accounting from Stanes HSS from 1993 to 1995, an Executive MBA in Human Resources from the University of Brussels from 2012 to 2013, a Diploma in HR Analytics from REVA University, Bangalore in 2017, and an Executive Learning - Next Generation CHRO Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
