Gemma Wadsley

Gemma Wadsley is currently the Director of Finance and Operations at Bliss, overseeing Finance, HR, IT, and facilities. They previously held several key positions at Solving Kids' Cancer UK from 2019 to 2025, including Head of Strategic Finance and Director of Strategic Finance. Earlier in their career, Gemma served as Director of Planning and Financial Control, among other roles, at Macmillan Cancer Support from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they have experience in finance transformation at RNIB and began their professional journey as an Accountancy Trainee at BP from 2002 to 2006. Gemma holds an Associate Chartered Management Accountant degree from Kaplan London.
