Barbara Jones

Barbara Jones has an extensive background in marketing, having held the positions of VP Marketing at Sony Music Entertainment, SVP Marketing at Maverick Recording Company and Warner Records, and SVP Marketing at Columbia Records. In 2008, they founded Blissful Media Group, an influencer marketing agency, as well as its influencer division, One2One Network. In 2019, they founded Outshine Talent, a boutique talent management agency. Barbara is also a Founding Board Member of the Influencer Marketing Association and Co-Founder of the Blissdom Conference. In 2021, they became a Member of Chief, a private network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders.

Barbara Jones obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Southern Methodist University in 1988. In 2016, they received a Women Owned Business certification from WBENC.
