Laurence Blondeau (Gabet) began their career in 2011 as a Web and Press Relations employee at Adverline. Laurence then moved to Profile Pr as an Editorial Project Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for designing and realizing communication media for clients. In 2013, they joined Total as a Training, Innovation and Communication Project Manager. During their time there, they were involved in the elaboration of a training plan for the Americas area, the deployment of a new HR tool, the development of a serious game about innovation, and the coordination of international affiliates. In 2015, they joined the INDIGO Group as a Customer Experience Manager and was later promoted to Head of Customer Experience, Chief Operations & Customer Officer, and Customer Experience Director (groupe). In 2020, they began working at Blissim as the CX & Strategic Business Dev Director and Customer Experience Director.

Laurence Blondeau (Gabet) began their educational journey in 2000 when they earned their High School Diploma from La Bon Sauveur (Le Vésinet) in Economical and Social Science. From 2007-2009, they attended Centre Madeleine Daniélou, where they earned their Hypokhâgne/Khâgne in Post secondary preparatory school. From 2009-2012, they attended Université Paris-Sorbonne and earned their Bachelor's degree in Modern Literature. From 2010-2012, they attended École Normale Supérieure ULM and earned their Master 2 French Literature (Search) in Langue et littérature françaises. Finally, from 2012-2015, they attended ESSEC - ESSEC Business School and earned their Master in management-Grande école in Management.
