Ashley Santore

Ashley Santore is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs within the food industry. Currently serving as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator at Blistex Inc. since May 2023 and as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Abelei Flavors since May 2017, Ashley plays a key role in maintaining quality control, ensuring compliance with FDA/FSMA regulations, and coordinating production and logistics. Previous experience includes working as a Food Applications Technologist at Naturex, where Ashley managed food and beverage product development projects. An alumnus of Dominican University, where Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics with a minor in Chemistry, Ashley's background also includes leadership roles in dance instruction and customer service.
