Danielle Dyksterhouse has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Kohler Co., where they collaborated with their manager on researching career fairs and managing spreadsheets. In 2014, they served as an Assistant Events Director at The Catamounts Theatre Company and as a Casting Intern at LOCAL Theatre Company. In 2015, they interned at the Bradley University Theatre Department as an Events and Outreach Coordinator and at the Chicago Shakespeare Theater as an Advancement Intern. Danielle then worked as a Special Events Intern at Gaylord Opryland Resort.

In 2016, Danielle joined Kohler Co. again, this time as a Sales Analyst in the Global Projects & Specifications division. Danielle later transitioned to the role of Project Manager in 2017. In 2018, they moved to Johnsonville, where they first served as an International Portfolio Manager and later as an Associate Brand Manager for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, they handled various responsibilities such as developing product P&Ls, assisting in demand planning meetings, analyzing market research data, and driving new product development initiatives.

In 2021, Danielle started their own business called itsadaniellething LLC, where they worked as an Artist and Business Owner. Finally, in 2022, they joined Blistex Inc. as an Associate Brand Manager, responsible for international operations.

Throughout their career, Danielle has demonstrated skills in project management, market research analysis, brand management, and business development. Danielle'sexperience spans both large corporations and entrepreneurial ventures.

Danielle Dyksterhouse completed their High School Diploma at Kohler High School from 2006 to 2010. Danielle then pursued a Bachelor's degree in both Business Administration and Management, as well as Theater Arts at Bradley University from 2010 to 2015. Later, they attended Marquette University to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, which they completed from 2020 to 2022.
