Robert J. Poels

Robert J. Poels is the Founder and CEO of On Que Lighting Designs, LLC, established in 2009. Poels designed and patented a revolutionary drummer-controlled stage lighting system, which has evolved through its first and second generations, catering to various concert lighting needs with RGBW DMX compatibility. As an owner, Poels focuses on innovative stage lighting solutions specifically tailored for local club bands. Additionally, Poels serves as an Authorized Dealer at Blizzard Lighting, LLC, providing energy-efficient LED lighting solutions for diverse applications since September 2014. Poels holds an Associate's degree in Agriculture Operations and Related Sciences from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, earned between 1978 and 1982.
