Nicole Barajas

Nicole Barajas is an experienced library professional currently serving as the Branch Manager at the Bearden/West Knoxville branch of the Knox County Public Library since December 2010. Nicole's extensive background includes positions such as Reference Librarian and Branch Assistant 2, where responsibilities encompassed managing programs, providing information assistance, and training new employees. Nicole also worked as a Graduate Student Library Assistant at the University of Tennessee, focusing on community learning initiatives, and gained international experience as a Native English Teacher in South Korea. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Vanderbilt University.
