Paige Lane

Paige Lane has a diverse range of work experience. In 2022, they participated in multiple programs, including the McKinsey & Company First Year Leadership Academy and the Institute for Youth in Policy Summer Fellowship, where they gained insights into the consulting world and developed solutions to public policy issues through research. Paige also worked as a Housing and Economics Policy Summer Fellow at the Alliance for Citizen Engagement, conducting research on the housing crisis and publishing policy briefs. In 2023, Paige will be an incoming intern at Bain & Company and a community member at BLK Capital Management. Paige will also participate in the SEO Edge Program at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity and serve as a Career Prep Fellow at Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Paige's work experience also includes participation in the Career.edYOU Academy at JPMorgan Chase, where they explored their career interests and gained insight into the internship recruitment process.

Paige Lane attended Fusion Academy, where they studied Political Science and Government and earned their High School Diploma. After graduating from high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Virginia. During their time at the university, Paige focused on Economics and Mathematics as their major and also studied Public Policy as a minor.
