Shana Hall-Earl is a seasoned professional in recreational therapy and individualized services, currently serving as a Senior Recreation Therapist at New York State OPWDD since March 2020, where responsibilities include designing and delivering therapeutic recreation programs and supervising staff. In addition, Shana serves as an Individualized Services Specialist and previously held the position of Residential Manager at Block Institute, focusing on the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities. With extensive experience in managing residential programs, Shana has also supervised community integration services, and held various roles within residential management and direct care, showcasing a strong commitment to improving patient care and facilitating independence. Shana holds a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Hofstra University, a Bachelor’s degree in Art with a Psychology minor from Brooklyn College, and an Associate's degree in Digital Media Communications.
