Richard Will is a retired Vice President in charge of Construction Services with experience in various companies and roles within the construction industry. Richard has worked in project management, marketing, and budgeting, with a focus on design build/negotiated construction projects. Will has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Building Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
