Connor Parker

Connor Parker is an accomplished compensation expert with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as Head of Compensation at Block since October 2022, Connor previously held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards at Mastercard from November 2019 to October 2022. Prior to this, Connor contributed to Willis Towers Watson in various roles, including Director of Global Compensation and Global Compensation Advisor, from January 2008 to October 2019. Connor’s expertise encompasses project management of compensation initiatives, consultation for HR Advisors and business leaders, and management of annual compensation review processes. Connor holds a 2:1 degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds, earned between 2003 and 2007.
