Deborah Desouza is an accomplished recruiting leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, focusing on engineering and product roles across various high-profile companies. Currently, as Recruiting Lead at Adyen, Deborah drives ambitious hiring initiatives. Previously, Deborah served as an Advisor for JDD Collective and held senior managerial roles at Square, where strategic development of global engineering talent acquisition culture and exceeding hiring targets were key achievements.
