Isaac Tamblyn

Isaac Tamblyn is a Machine Learning Manager who currently leads the AI R&D Team at Block and oversees an Academic Research Group. They have extensive experience in academia and research, having served as an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Ottawa and the University of Waterloo, as well as holding positions as a Senior Research Officer and Manager of Machine Learning at Cash App. Isaac completed their BSc and PhD in Physics at Dalhousie University, contributing to the field through roles at institutions such as Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and the National Research Council Canada. Additionally, they have held postdoctoral fellowships and served as an officer in the Department of National Defence.
