Viviana Salazar

Viviana Salazar is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Capital Markets & Investments Lead at Block since October 2020, where responsibilities include developing long-term capital markets strategies and executing debt transactions. Prior to this role, Viviana worked as Chief Financial Officer at Grupo Crawford l Harvest, aiming to enhance economic viability for smallholder farmers. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Capital Markets and Treasury at Ports America, where management of capital structure and liquidity was key, alongside a robust tenure at BBVA in various roles focused on debt capital markets and treasury management for Latin America. Viviana began her career as a Junior Consultant at Akiris de Colombia S.A. and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
