Alicia Meyer

Alicia Meyer is the current Director of People Operations at Blockthrough. Alicia has over six years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Alicia has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Alicia started their career as a Lead Recruiter at McKinsey & Company. Alicia then took a personal sabbatical to travel and learn. After their sabbatical, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Europe at Zalando SE. Alicia then moved back to Canada to work as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Blue J. Most recently, Alicia has been with Blockthrough as the People and Talent Manager.
