Simon Burgess is the Director of Business Development at Blockthrough. Prior to joining Blockthrough, Simon was with The Customer Lifetime Value Group as a Client Partner from September 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they were with LiveRamp as the Director of Addressability for Publishers, UK from February 2021 to September 2021. Simon also served as the Head of Publisher Strategy from November 2019 to February 2021 and as a Senior Business Development Manager from November 2018 to November 2019. Prior to joining LiveRamp, Simon worked as a Business Development Specialist at Oracle from August 2016 to October 2018. Before Oracle, they were with PubMatic as the Director of Publisher Development from February 2016 to August 2016 and as the UK Publisher Development Manager from July 2014 to January 2016. Simon began their career in media as the Head of Ad Proposition at Local World Media from November 2013 to July 2014 and Commercial Partnerships Manager from December 2011 to November 2013.

Simon Burgess attended the Rainham Mark Grammar School before going on to study at the University of Hull. Simon achieved a 2:1 in Simon'story with Simon'story of Art, and then went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts in the same subject.
