Keith Kinch

Keith Kinch has been the General Manager at BlocPower since July 2015. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at BTN Consulting Services Corporation from March 2015 to July 2015, where they designed research plans for data gathering and analysis, interpreted voter data analyses and developed action plans accordingly, and developed and documented data model elements. Keith also served as an Outreach Specialist at Ocean Bay Community Development Corporation from March 2013 to March 2015, where they served as a liaison to expert housing consultants such as Neighborhood Restore/Restored Homes who conducted building mold treatment assessments, developed scopes of work for rehabilitation, screened and negotiated with contractors, and contracted for repairs/improvements to small multi-family buildings for residents affected by Superstorm Sandy. Keith was the New York State Deputy Field Director at Organizing for Action from October 2009 to February 2011.

Keith Kinch holds an MBA from American InterContinental University in Organizational Leadership, a BS from John Jay College (CUNY) in Criminal Justice, and a H.S. Diploma from Canarsie High School in General Studies. Keith is also a Business Development Specialist from the Allan Houston Foundation in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations.
