Braden Baugh

Braden Baugh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and client engagement across various sectors, including fitness and hospitality. Currently serving as General Manager at BLOK since December 2022, Braden is responsible for hiring and overseeing the operations of Front of House employees. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager, where day-to-day operations and staff management were key responsibilities, and a Human Resources Analyst at the University of Utah, overseeing the hiring process for over 500 employees annually. Braden also has experience as an instructor in fitness roles, managing a range of classes and facilitating customer connections. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks and Recreation Community and Sports Management, Braden has developed a comprehensive skill set in operational management, employee training, and client retention throughout a career spanning over a decade.
