Ameesh Shah

Ameesh Shah has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Ameesh is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Resident Hotels since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Advisor at Second Home from October 2022 to May 2023 and as a Group Financial Director from February 2017 to September 2022. Ameesh also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Naked Communications Europe from January 2014 to January 2017 and at The Leading Edge from January 2014 to January 2017. Ameesh held the position of Finance Director at EyeOutofHomeUK from January 2011 to December 2013 and Head of Finance at William Morris Endeavor from March 2008 to January 2011. Ameesh also worked as the Group Finance Manager at Chorion Limited from August 2005 to March 2008, Finance Manager at Sanctuary Records Group from March 2003 to August 2005, and Management Accounts Assistant at Alternative Networks plc from August 2002 to March 2003. Ameesh started their career as a Finance Intern at Rail Europe Group from October 2000 to September 2001.

Ameesh Shah obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Imperial College Business School, starting in 2012 and finishing in 2013. In addition to this, Shah has also acquired various certifications including PRINCE2® 2009 Certifications from PRINCE2, obtained in 2009; FCCA from ACCA, obtained in April 2006; and ACMA from CIMA, obtained in April 2004.
