Kristen E. Harder, MSHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is currently serving as the Senior HR Manager at Blommer Chocolate Company. Prior to joining Blommer, Kristen has held various HR roles in companies such as Canton & Company, C2HR/C3 Advisors, LLC, Innovative Dental Partners, LLC, Taproot Foundation, and CareVoyant, Inc. Kristen holds a Master of Science in HR Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tampa.
