Neal Murphy has extensive experience in finance, serving in various executive roles throughout their career. Neal worked as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Blommer Chocolate Company from 2014 to the present. Prior to that, they held the same position at CECO Environmental (successor to Met-Pro Corporation) from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they played a crucial part in merger negotiations and was responsible for various financial functions. Before joining CECO Environmental, Murphy served as Vice President and CFO at Northern Tier Energy from 2010 to 2011, Vice President and CFO at Sunoco Logistics from 2007 to 2010, Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer at Quaker Chemical from 2004 to 2007, and Senior Vice President and CFO at International Specialty Products from 2001 to 2004. Neal also served as the President of PQ Europe at PQ Corporation from 1989 to 2001. Throughout their career, Murphy has gained expertise in finance, accounting, treasury, information technology, investor relations, and merger and acquisition functions.
Neal Murphy has a comprehensive education history. In 1975, they enrolled at Villanova University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, which they successfully completed in 1979. Moving forward, in 1984, Murphy joined Widener University to pursue a Master's degree in Taxation, which they completed in 1986. Finally, in 1997, they attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University, where they gained knowledge in General Management.
