Jennifer Lindburg

VP, Quality Support Services at Blood Center

Jennifer Lindburg began her career at ImpactLife in 1999. She completed her nursing degree and became a registered nurse in 2003. She worked in the Donor Services department holding many titles until transferring to the Quality department in early 2020. As Vice President of Quality Support Services, she oversees Quality and Regulatory Affairs as well as Training and Development.

Her team is responsible for batch release of products, reviewing records to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory agencies, product recalls, donor notifications, public health department notifications, investigating transfusion reactions, hosting internal and external audits, registrations and submissions for product and location licensures, training and development of new hires, advanced training, competency of staff, and the development and distribution of ongoing training and education. She is a member of the America’s Blood Centers (ABC) Quality Assurance-Technical Director Planning Committee and is a member of the Handicap Committee for Pinnacle County Club.
