Digital Educational & Learning Lead (digital Classroom Coach) at Bloom Education

Tai Paschall has extensive experience in the field of education and technology. They have worked as a Digital Educational & Learning Lead at Bloom Education, where they implemented digital education platforms and designed digital roadmaps for classroom environments. At Universal American School of Dubai, they served as an IB/MYP Design Educator, developing computer science and AP computer science courses and curriculum. Prior to that, at Emirates National Schools, they worked as an IB Design Technology Facilitator, designing project-based curriculum and digital learning solutions. They also have experience in vocational education, serving as a Lead ICT Instructor at Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (ADVETI). Additionally, Tai has held positions in curriculum design and technology education at KIPP San Antonio, Judson ISD, and Integrated Bank Technology. Early in their career, they worked at Microsoft as a Client Support/Quality Assurance Manager and at City Wide Clubs as a Regional Community Relations Liaison.

Tai Paschall completed a Master's degree in Transformative Leadership from Bethune-Cookman University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Houston, which they attended from 1997 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Tai Paschall has also obtained various certifications, such as Tech Integration, Edpuzzle Canvas, Project-Based Learning, Edpuzzle Certified Coach, Apple Teacher, Apple Professional Development Trainer, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, and Texas Education Association Teacher Certification.
