Janrelle Elam is the current Head of Data and Reporting at Bloom Education, where they provide insights into government KPI alignment progress through visualizations. With previous experience as a Learning Support Specialist at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Qatar, they designed learning programs and content for 200+ learners. Additionally, as an Instructional Content Designer, they developed engaging instructional experiences for 80+ learners at GEMS Education. Throughout their career, they have focused on creating impactful solutions, fostering relationships, and supporting learning success.
