Bijal Chhatbar is an accomplished talent acquisition manager with extensive experience in engineering recruitment across various companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition - Engineering at Bloom Energy since October 2017, Bijal has successfully managed full-cycle recruitment for diverse engineering roles, contributing to the company's mission of providing clean and reliable energy. Prior to this role, Bijal was a Senior Technical Recruiter at both Bloom Energy and Bridgenex, where a strong focus on building candidate pipelines and recruiting for all levels within the engineering field was established.
