Brian Noonan

Brian Noonan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy management and community relations. Currently serving as Senior Policy Manager at Bloom Energy since July 2021, Brian develops and manages strategic plans to enhance relationships with government officials and community organizations, primarily focusing on the northeast region. Prior to this role, Brian was a Community Relations Manager at Brookfield Renewable, where responsibilities included fostering community relationships and handling media relations. Brian has also held positions as Director of Communications at Associated Builders and Contractors and Senior Project Manager at Armstrong Communications, specializing in lobbying and public relations. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant to the County Executive for Oneida County, managing communications and media relations.
