Danielle Herrick, CCEP, has extensive experience in risk, compliance, and ethics. Danielle is currently the Head of Risk, Compliance, and Ethics at Bloom Energy, where they revamped the compliance and ethics training program and spearheaded the enterprise risk management program. Previously, they served as the Vice President, Corporate Compliance Officer at EMPLOYERS, where they created and executed a compliance and regulatory risk matrix. Before that, they worked at MetLife as the VP and Head of Compliance, US, where they led a team in developing a non-financial risk taxonomy. Danielle has also held positions at Attune, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Mercer, SPX Corporation, and Paychex, where they gained experience in areas such as vendor and broker onboarding, internal audit, enterprise risk management, and global trade sanctions.
Danielle Herrick, CCEP, obtained an MBA degree in Leadership from Saint Joseph's College, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they hold several certifications including the Certification in Control Self-Assessment from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute.
