Simran Kurse

Simran Kurse is a Senior HR Ops Analyst at Bloom Energy, responsible for enhancing the onboarding process through the integration of Workday and Enboarder, leading to improved retention rates. Simran also oversees internal communication within the HR team. Previous experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where research focused on food shortages during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the Executive Director of Marketing for TEDxSanLuisObispo, Simran developed marketing strategies and managed recruitment and training for the marketing team. Simran also held roles at Milestone Technologies, Inc. at Facebook, leading various screening operations and training programs. Simran earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
