Todd Stute

Todd Stute has extensive work experience in various roles related to Lean-Agile, product development, operational excellence, and business transformation. Todd has worked for multiple companies such as Bloom Energy, Savvy Consortium, Lam Research, Pure Storage, ToddStute.com Consulting, Western Digital, HGST (a Western Digital company), Seagate Technology, Medtronic, and Anchor Plastics. Throughout their career, Todd has taken on leadership positions, including Senior Principal Yield Engineer, Lean-Agile Product Development Practitioner, Sr Program Manager of Quality, Program Lead of Lean Supply Chain, Director of Business Transformation and Operational Excellence, Director of Lean Process Improvement, and Principal Program Manager of Global Ops Strategy, among others. Todd has been actively involved in implementing Lean-Agile principles and practices, continuous improvement, optimizing business processes, and driving growth and agility within organizations.

Todd Stute obtained their MBA in Supply Chain Management and Operations Strategy from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Todd Stute also holds additional certifications including Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling from LinkedIn, SAFe® 4 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance, Lean Master from Seagate Technology, and Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) from Seagate Technology.
