Michelle Krebs

Michelle Krebs, PCC, is the founder of Bloom Coaching & Consulting, a boutique firm established in March 2019, specializing in executive and team coaching as well as leadership development for mid-level to executive leaders. In addition, Michelle founded Get In The Game Girls, a 501c3 non-profit organization launched in February 2021, aimed at empowering high school female athletes through leadership development. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at GSK from April 2000 to November 2019, such as Director of Coaching for North America & Latin America and Area Sales Vice President for Specialty Biologics. Earlier work at Humana as a Sales Representative further contributed to a robust career. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and is a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC Coaching.
