Ionela served as a Scrum Master and Full Stack Developer at ICCA, where they focused on international meetings and events. Ionela started their career as a Junior Frontend Developer at Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment. Ionela has also gained experience through an internship at Evoline S.A. and worked as a Freelancer .Net Software Developer at Softelio srl. Ionela began their career as a Freelancer.

Ionela P. completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta. Ionela then pursued further education at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at "Ovidius" University in Constanta, Romania, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Informatics in 2012. Ionela P. continued their studies at the Faculty of Automation and Computer Science at Technical University of Cluj Napoca, Romania, where they are currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Vision.

In addition to their formal education, Ionela P. has obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, awarded by Jeff Sutherland, in February 2016.
