Dean Scott

Dean Scott is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in environmental and political reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Congressional Reporter for Bloomberg Government since September 2023, Scott previously spent two decades at Bloomberg Environment as a Senior Reporter for Climate Change. Earlier career roles include Environment Reporter at Kiplinger Washington Editors and reporter at Times Media Group/Carroll County Times. Dean Scott holds a Master's degree in Government and Political Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Maryland.
