Katherine Sayers

Katherine Sayers currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Bloomberg Philanthropies, a position held since May 2016, where leadership of the HR team is the primary responsibility. Prior to this role, Katherine was the Chief of Staff for Breaking News at Bloomberg LP from August 2012 to May 2016, overseeing global staffing and strategic operations. Previous experience includes HR Business Partner roles at RBS Global Banking & Markets, covering the APAC region, along with positions focused on Retail & Commercial Banking in Asia, and a role as Business Manager to the HR Director. Katherine began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Lucite International. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in HR Management from Newcastle University and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Microbiology from The University of Edinburgh.
