Catherine Patterson

Catherine Patterson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Leadership & Talent Development at Bloomberg LP since January 2019, Catherine oversees all aspects of talent management, with a robust focus on diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives. Previously, at Frontier Communications, Catherine held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Talent Management & Corporate HR, where strategic HR efforts were focused on culture transformation and employee engagement. Catherine’s tenure at PepsiCo spanned over 15 years, with significant contributions to global citizenship, sustainability, and employee engagement programs. Catherine holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from SUNY New Paltz.
