Karen Leyva-Drivin is a Senior Counsel with experience in general corporate, litigation, intellectual property, and compliance legal matters for clients in the U.S. Karen has a strong background in litigation, intellectual property, patents, trademarks, contracts, negotiation, licensing, and extensive experience working with prestigious companies such as Bloomberg LP and Ropes & Gray LLP. Karen has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Master's Degree in Network Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering.
