Shadoe Genesis Tarver

Shadoe Genesis Tarver possesses extensive experience in workforce strategic partnerships and HR inclusion, currently serving at Bloomberg since November 2022. As Principal at S Genesis since July 2021, Shadoe also held the position of Program Director for RISE To Vote at RISE from February 2020 to August 2021 and Associate Director for Save Our Streets Bed-Stuy at the Center for Court Innovation between May 2019 and December 2020. Previous roles include Project Manager at DalyGonzalez and contributions to Bloomberg LP in Global Philanthropy & Engagement from January 2014 to April 2017. Shadoe's early career included serving as Chief of Staff and Special Assistant within the Community Affairs Unit at the Office of the Mayor of New York City from August 2010 to December 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Franklin & Marshall College, attained in 2010.
