Ajay Rajani has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies.

In 2010, Ajay worked as a Summer Associate at Covington & Burling.

From 2011 to 2013, Ajay served as the Director of Product at Grovo, where they focused on improving user engagement through cohort analysis and messaging/email tests.

Starting in 2012, Ajay began their involvement with Tala, initially as an Investor, Cheerleader, and Sometimes Advisor. In 2013, they became the Founding CMO, playing a key role in the company's growth and product development until 2015. Most recently, since October 2021, they have served as the VP Expansion (& GM, Crypto).

In 2013, Ajay also started working as a Product/Growth Consultant at ajayrajani.com, specializing in finding product/market fit for startups and consumer/media companies.

In 2014, Ajay became a Mentor at Techstars for a brief period.

From 2015 onwards, Ajay became a Seed Investor and Advisor at Inevitable Collective, focusing on supporting startups that have significant impact potential.

In 2016, Ajay co-founded Bloom Credit, an incubator, and later served as the VP of Product (Interim) from June to November 2021.

In 2017, Ajay founded Core Labs, where they raised preseed financing and launched various experiments and partnerships.

Starting in 2019, Ajay co-founded Gerry, where they helped raise seed funding and led the company's pivot to providing tools for seniors to age-at-home. ajay also played a role in launching efficient co-registration campaigns and channel partnerships.

Ajay Rajani attended Friends Academy for an unspecified period of time. ajay then pursued a B.A. in Economics and Government, first at Cornell University from 2001 to 2003, and later at Wesleyan University from 2003 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, Ajay enrolled in the New York University School of Law and obtained a J.D. from 2008 to 2011.
