Anita Mendis

Manager, Customer Support at Bloomerang

Anita Mendis is an experienced professional in customer support and education. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support at Bloomerang since May 2020, Anita oversees a team of Support Specialists to ensure excellent service for non-profit customers, while also developing SOPs and handling escalations. Prior to this role, Anita was a Support Specialist at Bloomerang, where technical troubleshooting and customer service were key responsibilities. Anita's earlier experience includes a long tenure of over a decade at Little Flower Catholic School as a STEM Educator and Technology Development Leader, where Anita implemented a computer science curriculum and fostered relationships for local STEM initiatives. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Arts degree from Earlham College.
