Genisee Baird

Genisee Baird is an experienced professional in customer support and operations, currently serving as Customer Experience Operations Specialist at Bloomerang since January 2018, where prior roles included Director of Customer Support and Manager of Customer Support. Previous experience includes teaching English at the International Language School Cheonan, managing administrative operations at Florida Hospital Tampa, and coordinating volunteer services at Metropolitan Ministries. Additionally, Genisee worked as a Student Advisor at Ashford University and held various positions in student services and crisis care.
