Karen Huyghe is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, public relations, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Communications for Bloomfield Hills Schools since February 2021, Karen previously held the position of Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Wayne State University, where responsibilities included managing communication channels and implementing branding campaigns. With a diverse background that includes roles as a Communications and Public Relations Manager for various small businesses and non-profits, as well as a Marketing and Sales Manager at Scribendi Editing and Proofreading, Karen has demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing teams, and enhancing brand visibility.
