Maggie Pate

Maggie Pate currently serves as the Director of Communications for the North Carolina Symphony and is a member of the Music Critics Association of North America. Prior to these roles, Maggie held several positions at Oxford University Press, including Business Development Manager for Sheet Music and Inside Sales Representative for North America, where responsibilities included revenue generation and customer outreach to expand dealer opportunities. Additionally, Maggie was the Editor in Chief at CVNC.org, guiding editorial strategy and overseeing content quality for various art forms. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Pedagogy from East Carolina University, a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Music from Sunbridge College, and a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Duke University.
