Michael Healy was named Senior Vice President of Field Operations in April 2021.
Previously, Michael held positions at Bloomin’ Brands as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain of Bloomin’ Brands and as Group Vice President and CFO of Outback Steakhouse, where he helped develop and execute the brand’s strategy, including leading the cross-functional rollout of delivery. He also served as interim CFO for Outback International and conceptualized and developed the real estate analytics capability at Bloomin’ Brands.
He joined Bloomin’ Brands in 2009 from Circuit City, where he held leadership positions in corporate planning, finance, and analytics.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from William & Mary.

OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC (OSI) is the Company's primary operating entity. New Private Restaurant Properties, LLC (PRP), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, leases the Company-owned restaurant properties to OSI's subsidiaries. As of December 25, 2016, the Company owned and operated 1, 276 restaurants and franchised 240 restaurants across 48 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and 20 countries.
