Kelly Aplin

Associate Creative Director, Photography at Bloomingdale's

Kelly Aplin has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Kelly started their career as a Freelance Creative Assistant at Tommy Hilfiger, where they worked closely with the Creative Director and Art Director on campaign concept development. Kelly also conducted photo research and created inspiration boards for global advertising campaigns. Kelly later joined Tommy Hilfiger as an Advertising Designer, where they designed and prepared advertising materials for various mediums and managed the redesign of in-store sign packages. Kelly then progressed to the role of Art Director at Tommy Hilfiger, where they developed creative concepts and directed photo shoots and campaigns for internal clients. Kelly also played a key role in the concept and execution of marketing materials for print, web, and e-commerce. After their tenure at Tommy Hilfiger, Kelly joined Bloomingdale's as a Senior Art Director before being promoted to Associate Creative Director, overseeing photography. Throughout their career, Kelly demonstrated strong leadership and creative skills in executing successful visual campaigns.

Kelly Aplin attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Illustration. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they attended New York University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
