Laura Miller has extensive work experience in customer service and retail management. Laura started their career at Coach as a Store Manager, where they worked from 2005 to 2011. Laura then joined Tory Burch and held various roles such as General Manager and District Manager/Customer Insights from 2011 to 2018. Afterward, they worked at The RealReal as a Regional Director for a year. Laura then joined Neiman Marcus Group, where they served as Regional Director of Client Development, Central from 2020 to 2021, and later became the Director of Retail Service and Customer Experience (Corporate, Remote) from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Care in Customer Strategy & Experience at Bloomingdale's.
