Sarah Shaw Nix

Vice President Customer Experience & Strategy at Bloomingdale's

Sarah Shaw Nix has a diverse work experience, starting with their roles at Saks Fifth Avenue as a Marketing Intern in 2003 and 2004. Sarah then moved to Bloomingdale's, where they held various positions, including Division Sales Manager and Regional Manager of Customer Loyalty. Sarah later became the Director of Omnichannel Technology Integration and then the Vice President of General Manager for different flagship stores, including the 59th Street and Soho locations. Sarah also served as the Head of Customer Strategy and was responsible for leading the Customer Strategy team, partnering with various departments to develop strategies focused on the customer. Currently, they are a Member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering senior women leaders.

Sarah Shaw Nix obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and International Business, as well as Spanish, from Indiana University Bloomington. No specific start or end dates were provided for their education.
