Victoria Edwards

Victoria Edwards is a communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and employee recognition. Currently serving as the Head of Communications and Employee Recognition at Bloomingdale's since November 2023, Victoria previously held the position of Head of Internal Communications for Personal Banking and Wealth Management at Citi from September 2022 to November 2023. Prior to that, Victoria was integral to Macy's as Director of Corporate Communications for both Digital & Merchandising and Stores, and also as Manager of Corporate Communications from December 2017 to September 2022. Early career roles included Coordinator of Employee Communications at AECOM, Associate in Strategy & Communications at IPG, and several internships at organizations such as Time Warner Cable and Sprint. Victoria holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's Degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
