Dylan Passwaiter

Dylan Passwaiter currently serves as a Milieu Specialist at Bloomington Meadows Hospital since May 2020, where responsibilities include training new mental health technicians and reviewing staffing assignments for various units. Previously, Dylan held the position of Mental Health Technician, facilitating psychoeducational groups and monitoring patient behaviors. Prior to their healthcare roles, Dylan worked in various capacities at Harley-Davidson of Bloomington, including Parts Manager and Service Advisor, where skills in inventory management and customer service were developed. Earlier experience includes a Distribution Center Worker position at Tucker Rocky Distributing/Biker's Choice and Animal Care Technician Supervisor at Canine Companions. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University East, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Ivy Tech Community College.
