Before that, they worked as Portfolio and Strategy Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), responsible for product and pricing strategy, from the identification of emerging segments to the deployment of new propositions, for the second brand in the industry. Francesco has also worked as a Project Manager Assistant (EMEA HQ) at Nissan Motor Corporation and as a Student Consultant at Watertrace.

After completing their Bachelor's degree in Theirtory from Sapienza Università di Roma, Francesco De Santis pursued a Master's degree in Theirtory from the same university. Francesco then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from ESCP Business School. Currently, they are pursuing a course in Digital Marketing from IMD. Francesco has also obtained a certification from Google in GOOGLE DIGITAL GARAGE CERTIFICATION.
